How It Works:

You can either look around your own neighborhood or actively seek out properties of any condition.  Ugly houses, old houses, vacant properties and boarded up properties in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC are all excellent possibilities.  Properties with signs that read ‘For Sale by Owner’ are another great lead to share with us to put cash in your pocket.  Then return to our website and fill out the Real Estate Bird Dog Referral form below.  We will act on your lead and if it leads to us closing on a property, you’ll earn a commission of up to $400.   

What’s The Catch?

There really is no catch.  We need more homes for our network of real estate investors and more eyeballs in the community to find them.  There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or how much you can earn (some situations will require the completion of a 1099 form.  We will notify you if this is the case). 

Simply fill out our Real Estate Bird Dog Referral form below.  We will confirm that we have received your information via email and then start our investigation of the property.  If we close on the property, we will process a check to you for a commission of up to $400.  Your check will be mailed to the address you provided.  Once you and your suggested property are in our database, you and only you can receive a commission for the property.

The small print? There are no secrets here. 

Some things you need to know: 

• We only pay if we close on a property that you referred and it is not a duplicate property in our referrals database.
• We are looking for properties in the Northern Virginia and Washington DC areas.
• All referrals must come from residents of the United States. 
• As required by law, once payouts exceed $600 per year, you will be required to provide a 1099 IRS Form.
• Property referrals are tied to the first individual who provides the lead.  If two people submit the same referral property, the first individual will receive the commission and the second individual will be notified that the property has already been referred. 
• The amount of commission paid for property referrals depends on the price paid for the property and is subject to the discretion of the owners of Distressed-Property-Solution.com.  The commission will not exceed $400 for a single property.

In many situations, it can take up to a month to close on a property.  You will be notified if we decide to not pursue the property and when the property closes and a check for your commission is cut.
